Our structures are made of commercial-grade PVC fabric (0.45mm/0.55mm thickness) with anti-tear coating and non-slip surfaces. All products comply with ASTM F24 amusement safety standards and undergo weekly pressure tests to ensure stability in winds up to 25 mph.
Are there age/height restrictions?
Children under 5: Must be accompanied by an adult inside the park.
Children 5-12: Require adult supervision (max 5 children per guardian).
Height limits: High-intensity attractions (e.g., cliff jump) require ≥48 inches (120 cm).
How is cleaning/maintenance handled?
Daily cleaning: Wipe with water + soft brush (chemicals prohibited).
Stains: Spot-clean with mild soap, rinse thoroughly.
Can We operate in bad weather?
Outdoor parks: Open in light rain/winds <15 mph. Closed during heavy rain/winds ≥20 mph (tickets reschedulable).
Indoor parks: Open year-round.
How are damages repaired?
A Life time free repair kit (PVC patches + adhesive) is provided. For major damage, contact support for lifetime cost-price repairs (labor fees waived).
