The floor uses yellow and grey striped fabric, with thick inflatable safety bumpers lining all sides of the race track. The two independent tracks both include climbing platforms and exit slides, so groups of kids can race simultaneously on separate sides.

Manufactured for heavy continuous commercial operation. The main body uses 0.52mm commercial PVC tarpaulin. All high-load stress zones, including duck sculpture mounting bases, slide seams, climbing ladder joints, obstacle anchors and collision-prone edges, are locally reinforced with thicker 0.55mm PVC. This partial thickening strategy strengthens high-wear positions without adding excess total weight. Seams are processed by heat welding plus double stitching to minimise air leakage and reduce blower maintenance during long-day events.

Each obstacle track comes with diversified interactive game stations. Players climb up the inflatable ladder and slide down from the end platform. Along the race route, kids tackle a series of challenges: squeeze through curve spiral tunnels, push and weave past hanging inflatable balls, climb over padded bump barriers, and step across flexible obstacle posts. The fully enclosed inflatable guardrails surround both race lanes to prevent falls. Transparent mesh sections maintain air circulation and allow supervisors to easily watch all participants inside.

Operator-focused practical features are fully integrated. Heavy-duty D-ring anchor points are evenly fixed on the base perimeter for stable installation on grass or hard pavement. Standard blower ports enable fast inflation and quick deflation. The two-part modular design can work together as one huge playground or be separated for smaller individual events. After use, the whole set folds compactly for truck transport and warehouse storage.
